We provide leading edge solutions and outstanding service to our Federal clients, focusing on IT systems, Software applications, and databases with related prime contractor experience in Financial, Budgetary, Grants and Custom IT systems, Operation and Maintenance of Federal IT systems, and life cycle support of all such systems.  

 

Founded by ex-Oracle employees in 2003, our team consists of industry experts, former federal executives, and seasoned professionals who have worked with Big 5 consulting firms. Sandesh Sharda, President and Founder
MBA, PMP, BA
Mr. Sandesh Sharda founded Miracle Systems in 2003. He has over 15 years of experience working in the information technology and financial fields. Before starting Miracle Systems, Mr. Sharda worked for Oracle Consulting and other multinational corporations. After completing his Bachelors from Bombay University, where he graduated in the top 5% in the university, Mr. Sharda completed his Masters from Richmond University in London, UK.




Laura O’Connor, Senior Vice President, Business Development
BA
Ms. O’Connor brings over 25 years experience in the support and management of Federal software and hardware solution procurement initiatives, including complex multimillion dollar classified and non-classified acquisitions and IDIQ vehicles in the Federal IT civilian sector. Ms. O’Connor obtained her Bachelors in Computer Science/Mathematics from UCLA and is an active member of ACT/IAC, AFFIRM, AFCEA and TechAmerica.



Chris Judson, Chief Technology Officer
BS, MBA, JD
Mr. Judson is a consulting executive with 20 years of experience at industry-leading consulting firms including IBM, Lockheed Martin, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, with more than twelve years in the federal sector. Mr. Judson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University, a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech, and a Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law.




Roy Evans, Jr., Senior Vice President
MBA, BS, CIA, CFE, CQA
Mr. Evans has over forty-one years of combined federal service and his experience includes a wide variety of ever-increasing leadership positions. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Mr. Evans was the Director for Procurement Management and Information Systems Support at TSAs Office of Acquisition. Mr. Evans holds a BS from Saint Josephs University, an MBA from Strayer University, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.



Ronald Eldon Smith, Senior Vice President
BS, CGFM
Mr. Smith has over twenty years of experience in the management of financial operations and financial system projects for corporations and federal agencies. Mr. Smith served in a variety of senior management positions for CPA firms and corporations providing management consulting services to federal and state government clients. Mr. Smith also served as Director of Accounting at Federal Emergency Management Agency and Financial Manager at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.


Michael Hinton, Project Manager
Mr. Hinton is the project manager for key Miracle Systems projects including the US Department of State, which has grown significantly under his leadership. He has extensive project management experience including more than 15 years in the federal sector. In addition to formal education, Mr. Hinton has received training and certifications in several areas including federal contracting, management, and employment law.
