Sandesh Sharda, President and Founder
MBA, PMP, BA
Mr. Sandesh Sharda founded Miracle Systems in 2003. He has over 15 years of experience
working in the information technology and financial fields. Before starting Miracle
Systems, Mr. Sharda worked for Oracle Consulting and other multinational corporations.
After completing his Bachelors from Bombay University, where he graduated in the
top 5% in the university, Mr. Sharda completed his Masters from Richmond University
in London, UK.
Harry W Hixon, Jr., CIO, Senior Program Manager
Accounts Executive, MS, BS
Mr. Hixon is a former SES employee who was the Associate CIO for Operations in the
Office of the CIO of the Department of Energy and a retired military officer. He
has over 30+ years of leadership, program management, system engineering and technical
management experience in operating and managing large, diversified organizations
in Information Technology and telecommunications environments. He spent over 25
years in the U.S. Army as a Signal Officer and qualified Army aviator, and successfully
commanded over four different types of diverse communications organizations. He
has also worked as a managing technology consultant with a large systems integration
contractor in assessing commercial and Government IT business environments and developing
IT policies, business system strategies, business information system solutions,
technical infrastructure architecture frameworks and migration/transition plans
and associated project initiatives for enabling a consistent and common operating
environment within business enterprises. Mr. Hixon has a Bachelor of Science degree
in Mathematics with a minor in Physics and a Master of Science in Telecommunications
and Information Systems engineering from the University of Colorado.
Daniel Fletcher, Jr., Senior Vice President
CPA
Mr. Fletcher is a Sr. VP at Miracle Systems. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Mr.
Fletcher was a Deputy CFO at Department of Interior and many other federal agencies.
Mr. Fletcher has been involved with Program Management for over 25 years during
his progressive experience as a federal government management staff in managing
the audits interactions for US Department of Interior (DOI), Office of Personnel
Management, and the private sector. As a Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the
Department of Interior, Mr. Fletcher has managed the annual audit interactions for
$16 billion dollar enterprise comprised of 9 operating entities. This role involved
a broad range of departmental business and financial management activities including:
internal controls, budget, procurement, asset management, and performance policy,
financial operations, guidance and reporting.
Sameer Sharma, CTO and Chief Systems Architect
BE - Bio Medical Engineering, MS - Software Engineering
Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Sameer has held several key leadership and technical positions
including the role of Principal Archirtect, Lockheed Martin Corporation.
Sameer brings over 20 years of IT experience and specializes in Systems Architecture and Software
Engineering with a flair for effectively combining emerging IT technologies with time tested approaches
in his solutions. Within Lockheed one of the roles that Sameer has held was leading the Emerging
IT Technology Pilots and Prototypes team.
At Miracle Systems, Sameer is primarily responsible for:
Overall IT Technical direction and strategy
Fostering innovation in Systems Architecture and Development efforts for custom technical solutions
Lead and provide oversight to teams developing custom IT solutions for federal clients
Focus on bringing the right blend of emerging IT technologies in solutions with emphasis on Cloud based and service oriented computing
Laura O’Connor, Senior Vice President, Business Development
BA
Ms. O’Connor brings over 25 years experience in the support and management
of Federal software and hardware solution procurement initiatives, including complex
multimillion dollar classified and non-classified acquisitions and IDIQ vehicles
in the Federal IT civilian sector. Ms. O’Connor obtained her Bachelors in
Computer Science/Mathematics from UCLA and is an active member of ACT/IAC, AFFIRM,
AFCEA and TechAmerica.
Mike Mohindra, Senior Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Mohindra is a Sr. VP and has more than twenty years of senior-level marketing,
business development, and team building experience for Federal Government Information
Technology services. Mr. Mohindra has worked for several highly recognized organizations
including Signal Corporation, Multimax, Access Systems, and Gary E. Shumaker Inc.
He holds a BBA from the University of Delaware and a Masters Certificate in Federal
Contracting from George Washington University.
Chris Judson, Director of Strategic Partnerships
BS, MBA, JD
Mr. Judson is a consulting executive with 20 years of experience at industry-leading
consulting firms including IBM, Lockheed Martin, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, with
more than twelve years in the federal sector. Mr. Judson holds a Bachelor of Science
degree from Michigan State University, a Master of Business Administration from
Virginia Tech, and a Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law.
Walter A. Kennedy, Business Process Officer
MA Economics, CISSP, BS Mathematics
Mr. Kennedy is a proven enterprise solutions expert transforming service delivery and information assurance. With over 30 years experience in strategic development, value engineering, pricing and portfolio analysis, Walt is an extremely thorough practitioner experienced in a broad base of business programs and federations. As a thought leader, Walt has structured analytic frameworks and technology insertion to transform enterprise interoperability. In lead roles Walt has managed business acquisitions, Defense Systems contracts pricing and proposals, plant startups, network integration and value management, consolidated infrastructure, service level management/readiness. Walt has worked for Westinghouse, FMC, EDS, CSC, and for over ten years consulted to the Department of Energy in various roles to include most recently Senior IT Analyst/Architect at the National Nuclear Security Administration.
Michael Hinton, Project Manager
Mr. Hinton is the project manager for key Miracle Systems projects including the
US Department of State, which has grown significantly under his leadership. He has
extensive project management experience including more than 15 years in the federal
sector. In addition to formal education, Mr. Hinton has received training and certifications
in several areas including federal contracting, management, and employment law.
