Today Miracle Systems has over 100 active Prime Contracts across the Federal Government.

Sandesh Sharda
President and Founder

Sandesh founded Miracle Systems in 2003. He has over 15 years of experience working in the information technology and financial fields. Before starting Miracle Systems, Mr. Sharda worked for Oracle Corporation. After completing his bachelor’s degree at Bombay University, Sandesh completed his master’s degree at Richmond University, UK. He has received numerous Federal and industry awards and recognition, including the Smart CEO of the Year Award for fastest growing small business and Small Business of the Year Awards from DOT, DHS, and the State Department. Known for his outstanding business development, acumen, and resource management skill, Sandesh leads Miracle Systems in diversifying its Federal footprint to over 20 Federal agencies. He is actively involved in evolving Miracle Systems to attract and retain quality people and resources that ensure continued exceptional performance, quality, and results for Federal clients. 

Sameer Sharma
CTO and Chief Systems Architect 

Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Sameer held several key leadership and technical positions including the role of Principal Architect at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Sameer brings over 20 years of IT experience and specializes in Systems Architecture and Software Engineering with a flair for effectively combining emerging IT technologies with time-tested approaches. At Lockheed Sameer also led the Emerging IT Technology Pilots and Prototypes team. At Miracle Systems, Sameer is primarily responsible for Miracle's overall IT direction and strategy. He also leads and provides oversight to teams developing custom IT solutions for Federal clients.

Jennifer Totman
Chief Growth Officer

Jennifer is an experienced Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of program/project management experience with Federal Government and commercial clients. She has a proven ability and flexibility to deliver Project Management principles and best practices across many disciplines to include the full SDLC lifecycle, PMO and front office support, budget and acquisitions, stakeholder engagement and communication planning, construction, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning, emergency communications, process improvements, and data network integration projects. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Jennifer was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen and Hamilton, and spent over 10 years managing business and capture efforts at DHS. She brings proven experience in partner relationship management to include identifying required resources, negotiating applicable quality measures and requirements, and managing overall partner/teaming performance and quality. 

Daniel Fletcher, Jr
Executive Vice President

Daniel is an experienced Financial Executive who has managed multiple teams and successfully supported large Federal agencies with finance and information technology projects, receiving outstanding ratings from clients. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Daniel was a Deputy CFO at Department of Interior. Daniel has been involved with Program Management for over 25 years during his progressive experience as a Federal Government executive in managing the finances, travel, internal controls, budget, procurement, reporting and audits for Department of Interior, Office of Personnel Management, and the private sector (KPMG). As a Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Interior, Daniel provided executive oversight and management for a $16 billion-dollar enterprise, that was comprised of 10 operating entities, and led the efforts to obtain the first clean opinions and elimination of control weaknesses. 

Jonathan Cykman
Senior Vice President 

Jonathan is an experienced leader with over 30 years of leading change in the public and private sectors. Jon currently manages Miracle Systems engagements at the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security.  Jon's Federal experience has included work for oversight agencies including the Government Accountability Office and Offices of the Inspector General at the Departments of Treasury and Justice, as well as program management at Treasury, Justice, and most recently with the Department of Homeland Security. Jon's expertise includes strategic planning, business architecture, IT governance, portfolio and program/project management, Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC), software asset management, IT acquisition, and budgeting. Jon received his B.A. degree at SUNY Purchase, and his M.A. degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.

David  Stack
Senior Vice President

David is an experienced Program Manager with over 30 years of program/project management supporting the Federal Government, specifically DoD. He is Miracle Systems’ GSA Oasis Program Manager and provides business development and quality assurance across all awarded task orders under this contract vehicle. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, David was the Program Manager for $200M in contracts ensuring quality and contract compliance and performance. He has managed a broad range of projects with a focus on materials research and development, logistics, and continuous process improvement. David has led program management and business development efforts across the Federal Government, including strategic marketing and business development planning to determine revenue growth for multiple organizations.

Stephen Nichols
Senior Vice President

Stephen has over 30 years of experience developing and delivering professional services and technology-based solutions to Federal civilian, DoD, and commercial clients. In addition, he has completed assignments for international organizations in Latin America, Europe, Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and Asia. Stephen’s experience spans engagements addressing organizational strategy and change management, antiterrorism training support, workforce development, CIO strategic support, technology assessment, and international development. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, he held senior management positions at NTT DATA and Arthur D. Little, Inc., with responsibility for business development, capture, GWAC/IDIQ management, and delivery. Stephen received his Ph.D. in Economic Geography from the University of Iowa, M.A. in Economics from Indiana University, B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is PMP certified.

Stephen Krill
Senior Vice President

Stephen’s executive experience includes corporate growth, business operations, and talent management for small and large Federal contractors. Specializing in large-scale transformation, organizational strategy, IT and systems engineering, and program management, he worked 22 years at Booz Allen Hamilton and SAIC before joining Miracle Systems. Stephen is a frequent speaker at international conferences and a contributing author to textbooks and standards on crisis management, cyber security, and disaster response. He earned a B.S. degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Cincinnati, an M.S. degree in environmental engineering from Johns Hopkins, and an M.B.A. graduate certificate from Virginia Tech. Stephen is certified in project management, business continuity, and emergency management and holds two U.S. patents.

David Kanupke
Senior Vice President

David is an experienced management consultant with more than 20 years of program management, technology, and business development experience for government and commercial clients. He specializes in strategic and operational planning, policy development, organizational effectiveness and business process improvements to help clients identify trends, opportunities, and risks to mission success. His experience includes developing strategic plans on issues of national security and multi-year agency strategic plans to align resources to goals and milestones. He led teams responsible for creating repeatable processes to assess and mitigate cyber threats to public safety wireless broadband networks and has successfully managed programs and tasks ranging from short term studies to multi-year task orders, BPAs and IDIQs. For his Miracle Systems clients in the Department of Homeland Security, he delivers proven approaches for leading diversified delivery teams, building community-based partnerships, and managing complex project schedules. David received a master’s in Public Policy from Vermont Law School and a bachelor’s in Politics from Ithaca College.

Suresh Gulati
Senior Vice President

Suresh is a Senior Vice President with over 20 years of program management, stakeholders engagement, accounting, budgetary, and Federal financial management experience for the Federal Government, International Monetary Fund (IMF), and commercial clients. Since joining in 2007, he has led large proposal efforts resulting in winning government-wide acquisition (GWAC) to include GSA OASIS Small Business, Department of Energy (DOE) NNSA 8(a) Management, Organizational and Administrative Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (MOA BPA), Department of Army Joint Enterprise Research, Development, Acquisition & Procurement (JE-RDAP) IDIQ and numerous other task orders released under these IDIQ contracts. Suresh leads Miracle Systems’ proposal development efforts and supports other areas including teaming and capture.  He currently manages a diverse portfolio of Miracle’s Federal customers, which includes DOT, USDA, EXIM Bank, Army National Guard, and Department of Labor. Prior to joining Miracle Systems, Suresh worked at the IMF providing mission support both in Washington, DC and globally.

Michael Hinton
Senior Program Director

Michael brings over 25 years of program/project management experience with Federal government and commercial clients. Michael provides program management and corporate oversight support for Miracle Systems contract at the Department of State. He provides effective negotiating skills, manages diverse stakeholder requirements, ensures the task scope and requirements are met, and establishes reach back to provide resources to efficiently meet deliverables and project requirements. Michael has strong leadership, organizational, and mentoring experience and has received numerous recognitions from our Federal clients.
